Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, FL seeks an Endpoint Engineer to design, deploy, configure, maintain, and secure end-user computing devices across the organization. You will ensure endpoint systems are compliant, reliable, and optimized to support daily clinical and administrative operations.

The role requires 5+ years of direct technical experience, a bachelor’s degree, and certifications such as A+ or Network+.

Qualifications

• A+ and/or Network+ certification or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
• 5+ years directly in technical IT roles
• Experience supporting Microsoft/M365, iOS, Azure, MDM, AD, networking

Responsibilities

• Attitude – Demonstrates teamwork and collaboration in IT.
• Communication – Plans and communicates IT processes.
• Service Delivery – Owns issues and ensures timely resolutions.
• Service Management – Manages deployment and patching for endpoints.
• Training – Trains IT staff on endpoint deployment and management.
• Issue Resolution – Escalates issues as needed with other teams.
• Support – Provides technical support and ITGC compliance.
• Efficiency – Monitors endpoints for non-compliance and remediates.
• Design – Contributes to IT policies around security and change management.
• Maintenance – Keeps OS and software refreshed across platforms.
• Knowledge – Applies best practices in endpoint management.
