Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach seeks a Clinical Analyst to support numerous healthcare clinical applications and mobile device management (iPhone and Airwatch MDM). The role also covers Voalte Nurse Call, Connexall, and other patient-monitoring integrations across our Miami-Dade and Monroe County facilities.

The position focuses on resolving issues, system maintenance, and user access management while aiding leaders with reports and training; a Bachelor’s degree and device/app

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Experience with healthcare IT applications and device management preferred.
Ability to analyze end-user requirements and support reporting needs.

Responsibilities

Find resolutions to reportable issues (break/fix) for supported applications.
Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and patching of applications and servers.
Manage user access and assist with training, reports, and audits.
