Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation is seeking an Endpoint Engineer 1 to design and implement endpoint solutions, collaborate across IT, Information Security and business teams, and drive improvements in end user experience.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• 1 year of related experience required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Experience with enterprise Microsoft user and endpoint management technologies.
• Familiarity with desktop virtualization technologies.
• Valid driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and implementation of endpoint solutions; collaborate with IT, Information Security and business teams to identify improvements in end user experience.
• 3rd tier escalation for desktop OS and hardware issues; collaborate with other resources to resolve.
• Serve as subject matter expert on FNB's endpoint environment; attend planning/status meetings to advise on proper utilization of endpoint technology.
• Maintain endpoint environment, including patching, and application packaging/deployment; scripting with batch and PowerShell; deep understanding of Windows OS and networks.
• Report status of ongoing implementations to IT management and project managers, including risk assessment based on timing, criticality and end user impact.
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned; participate in risk management as required by company program.
