Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver endpoint and SCCM support with patch management.
• Create PowerShell scripts to automate endpoint processes.
• Manage OS and third-party patch deployments to all endpoints.
• Provide Tier 3 support and mentor desktop staff.
• Coordinate with Information Security to remediate vulnerabilities.
