Job summary

Qualifications

• BA or BS required for primary responsibilities.
• 1 year of job-related experience or more.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and project management skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with enterprise Microsoft user and endpoint management technologies.
• Familiarity with desktop virtualization technologies.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and implementation of endpoint solutions.
• Collaborate with IT, Information Security, and business teams to improve end user experience.
• Propose holistic, scalable endpoint solutions considering all factors.
• 3rd level escalation for desktop OS and hardware issues.
• Coordinate with internal/external resources to resolve issues.
• Serve as SME on the endpoint environment for other teams and vendors.
• Attend planning/status meetings to ensure proper utilization of endpoint tech stack.
• Maintain endpoint environment including patching and deployment of applications.
• Research, develop, and test complex solutions independently using scripting (Batch/PowerShell).
• Report status to IT management and project managers, including risk assessments.
