Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation's Endpoint Engineering team is seeking an Endpoint Engineer 1 to design and implement solutions for the end-user environment in Hermitage, PA.

You will work with IT, Information Security, and business teams to deploy, maintain, and improve endpoints, printers, and applications, ensuring reliable user experiences. The role requires strong communication, basic scripting, and a customer-focused mindset, with 1 year of related experience and a BA/BS.

Qualifications

• BA or BS is required.
• 1 year of related work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service and project management skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal abilities.
• MS Excel - Basic level.
• Experience with enterprise Microsoft endpoint management technologies.
• Familiarity with desktop virtualization technologies.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and implementation of endpoint solutions with cross-team collaboration.
• 3rd tier escalation for desktop OS and hardware issues.
• Serve as subject matter expert on FNB's endpoint environment and advise on usage.
• Maintain endpoint environment including patching and packaging/deployment; scripting with batch and PowerShell.
• Report status to IT management and project managers, including risk assessment.
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
• Uphold risk management as required by the company's program and policies.
• Comply with regulatory laws and company procedures.
