Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation, based in Hermitage, Pennsylvania, seeks an Endpoint Engineer 2 to design and implement endpoint solutions, manage patching, and streamline deployment of endpoints, printers, and apps.

You will work closely with IT, Information Security, and business teams to improve end-user experience. Candidates should have a BA/BS, at least three years of relevant experience, strong communication and project management skills, and experience with enterprise Microsoft endpoint management

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Experience with enterprise Microsoft user and endpoint management technologies.
• Familiarity with desktop virtualization technologies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and implementation of endpoint solutions.
• Collaborate with IT, Information Security, and business teams to improve end-user experience.
• Provide 3rd tier escalation for desktop OS/hardware issues and coordinate resolution.
• Serve as subject matter expert on FNB's endpoint environment and advise on deployment.
• Maintain endpoint environment including patching and application packaging.
• Mentor junior team members and transfer knowledge to staff.
• Report status and risk assessments to IT management and project managers.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
