Job summary

Complete Technology Services, LLC seeks a Build Room & Service Desk Engineer to build, configure, image, and deploy desktops and endpoint devices to CTS standards and client requirements. The role also supports the Service Desk by resolving hardware, software, and access issues with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Responsibilities include imaging, deploying with Intune and Windows Autopilot, asset management, QA testing, and documenting procedures in CTS systems.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
• Experience with endpoint management tools like Intune or Autopilot
• Strong documentation, customer service, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, image, and deploy desktops, laptops, and endpoints per CTS standards
• Install Windows, Microsoft 365 apps, security tools, drivers, and business apps
• Use imaging and deployment tools including Intune and Autopilot
• Receive, inventory, asset-tag, label, and stage equipment
• Test devices for hardware, software, and security conformity before deployment
• Maintain build procedures and asset information in CTS systems
• Coordinate with Service Desk and client teams for readiness and delivery
• Assist Service Desk during downtime with workstation troubleshooting and software installs
• Provide professional support and identify process improvements
• Meet client SLAs and deployment schedules; occasional evening/weekend work
