Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Workstation/Server Administrator in Columbia, SC for a 12-month term. You will design, build, test, support, and improve the workstation platform and remote access technologies used by thousands of associates.

You will work with Microsoft Intune, BigFix OSD, Windows OS, Citrix, VPN, and remote access solutions, collaborating with technical leads to modernize Windows environments and ensure endpoint security and reliability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or 4 years of job-related work experience.
2 years of workstation/server support experience to include software and hardware troubleshooting.
Experience with Windows deployment and imaging; familiarity with enterprise endpoint management tools.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work with users and technical teams.
Preferred Citrix experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain workstation/server infrastructure standards.
Deploy infrastructure software to clients, monitor devices, and manage distribution processes.
Administer and deploy infrastructure software including builds, upgrades, patches; manage backups/archives.
Monitor and maintain environment; troubleshoot and escalate issues; provide higher-level support.
Develop and maintain integration solutions; configure software packages and admin tools.
Ensure software licensing compliance; conduct audits of hardware and software.
Maintain comprehensive infrastructure documentation and inventories.
