Job summary

TALENT Software Services in Columbia, SC seeks an experienced IT Systems Support professional to maintain 18,000 workstation endpoints and remote solutions including Citrix, VDI, VPN, and Intune. You will join the End User Platform Services team (11 members) and support Windows, AD, and modern workplace tooling.

The role emphasizes scripting, build pipelines, and collaboration with technical leads on Citrix, VDI, and Zero Touch initiatives. Occasional overtime and rare weekend work may occur.

Qualifications

• 4 years of applicable experience in workstation, server, and application support.
• Experience must include software and hardware troubleshooting.
• Onsite role with Contract-to-Hire (C2).
• Strong PC hardware troubleshooting knowledge required.
• Experience with Citrix, VDI, VPN, and Intune management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Modernize development pipeline for workstation and Citrix platforms.
• Perform scripting and build test code.
• Manage source control and deployment tools.
• Support automation initiatives and Citrix, VDI, and Zero Touch projects.
• Provide guidance to Workstation Support teams and document standards.

• Test and maintain:
• Hardware seed units in imaging lab
