You will lead a team of Account Managers, Clinical Specialists and Thrombectomy Territory Managers, crafting sales strategies and negotiating contracts to achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to travel 50% within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth across the Endovascular portfolio, focusing on vascular surgeons and interventional specialists.
• Lead and coach Account Managers, Clinical Specialists, and Thrombectomy Territory Managers to meet targets.
• Develop regional sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure execution aligns with marketing plans.
• Forecast, plan, and report on sales performance while maintaining policy compliance.
