Job summary

FloodGate Medical is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to join its fast-growing global medical technology sales team focused on urology. This hands-on role supports revenue growth across capital equipment and consumables and offers mentorship and a path to Territory Manager.

You will work with experienced reps, engage with urologists and hospital teams, and gain exposure to the full sales cycle from clinical case support to deal closure.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing or sales experience with prospecting exposure.
• Interest or experience in medical devices/healthcare.
• Ability to learn and adapt in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with urologists and hospital teams to drive revenue growth.
• Support revenue growth across capital equipment and consumables across the territory.
