Job summary

Dornier MedTech is seeking an Associate Territory Manager (Endourology) in Michigan to develop next-generation sales leaders. The role supports revenue growth for laser systems, fibers, and related devices while building clinical and commercial skills for advancement.

You will learn rapidly, own a growing territory, and gain accountability through structured coaching, field rides, and performance reviews. A strong drive and problem-solving mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales drive and ability to learn quickly in a clinical setting.
• Willingness to travel 50-60% within assigned territory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Territory Manager to meet revenue targets in assigned region.
• Develop and maintain a prospect list across hospitals and clinics.
• Execute daily call plans and maintain CRM updates.
• Build clinical product knowledge through formal and on-the-job training.
• Represent Dornier at meetings, trade shows, and educational events.
