Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a dedicated Endoscopy Support Technician to join our growing team in Massachusetts. Under RN supervision, you will assist with patient care, prepare for procedures, and help physicians and RNs during Endoscopy suites.

You will reprocess endoscopes, document cleaning and testing, stock supplies, and support safety and infection control guidelines in daily operations. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and adherence to hospital policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• No licensure, certification, or registration required.
• Experience in healthcare is not required.

Responsibilities

• Cares for patients as delegated by the RN and completes all aspects of care.
• Properly reprocesses endoscopes according to infection control guidelines.
• Directly assists physician and RN during Endoscopy procedures (EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS).
• Stocks Pyxis and prepares travel carts for procedures as needed.
• Performs basic nursing assistant duties including vital signs and monitoring.
