Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an Endoscopy Technician to join our Ambulatory Procedure Room team. The role supports preparation and delivery of endoscopy procedures under RN supervision, and handles related secretarial duties.

Candidates with prior endoscopy tech or nursing assistant experience are preferred, but we will train the right person. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and influenza vaccination is a condition of employment.

Qualifications

• Previous endoscopy tech or nursing assistant experience preferred but will train the right candidate.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Vaccination against influenza (flu) is a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and delivery of endoscopy procedures under the direct supervision of an RN.
• Clean and disinfect scopes and other instruments used for procedures.
• Perform secretarial and reception duties as assigned.
