Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support the Digestive Health Center’s endoscopy team. You will assist with patient care, instrument handling, room setup/teardown, and endoscope reprocessing, while maintaining aseptic technique.

There are multiple shift options (8-, 9-, 10-hour shifts) with sign-on and relocation bonuses. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to support high-quality patient care within the department.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Surgical Technology or equivalent required.
• Certification in Endoscope Reprocessing preferred.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician with instruments and room setup between cases.
• Reprocess endoscopes and accessory instruments.
• Assist with patient care activities and specimen collection.
• Maintain sterile technique and infection control practices.
