KARL STORZ is seeking a Sales Executive – Full Line in Lubbock, TX to expand market share for endoscopic solutions across hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers. You will consult with surgeons and staff to tailor recommendations.

The role covers Urology/Gynecology, Surgical, Airway, Head & Neck; you'll travel to customer sites, build relationships, and drive revenue while ensuring patient outcomes.

Qualificações

• 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably medical devices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Ability to drive growth across multiple surgical specialties.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and exceed annual quotas across four surgical specialties.
• Oversee revenue for Urology/Gynecology, Surgical, Airway and Head & Neck.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, and admin staff.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
• Present product features and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
