Job summary

HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an Endoscopy Registered Nurse for a Float Pool role. You will perform intra-operative nursing care for surgical and GI patients, serving as circulator or scrub, with emphasis on patient safety and efficient case flow.

Requirements include a nursing diploma, RN license, and BCLS; ACLS as required by the facility, and CNOR/SGNA certification preferred. The role includes working across ambulatory surgery centers and contributing to coordinated teamwork.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma and active RN license with BCLS required.
• ACLS as required by facility.
• CNOR/SGNA certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Rotate to other ambulatory surgery center facilities.
• Oversee instrument and equipment setup and act as circulator.
• Coordinate and oversee the room during a case, ensuring smooth transitions between procedures.
