Job summary

As a Registered Endoscopy Nurse at Ridge View Endoscopy Center, you will deliver safe, high-quality nursing care for surgical and GI patients during the intra-operative period. You will work as the circulating or scrub nurse, coordinating the room and ensuring smooth transitions between procedures.

The role requires a Nursing Diploma, RN license (or compact license), BCLS certification, and ACLS as required by the facility; CNOR/SGNA certification is preferred, with at least 2 years in

Qualifications

• RN license required or appropriate compact licensure.
• Valid BCLS Certification upon employment. Online certification not acceptable.
• ACLS as required by facility.
• CNOR/SGNA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience; preferably in an ambulatory surgery center.
• Nursing Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Oversee instrument and equipment setup for surgical and GI procedures.
• Coordinate and oversee the room during a case as the circulator.
• Facilitate effective and efficient transition between procedures.
• Utilize preference cards and update them as necessary.
