Job summary

Stryker Corporation in the United States is seeking an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams, ensure equipment readiness, and maintain documentation of procedures and performance metrics. This field-based role includes on-call, overnight, and weekend shifts with up to 10% travel.

You will collaborate with surgeons, biomedical staff, and central processing to deliver reliable service and protect patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, or equivalent certifications.
• 0+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to work rotating schedules, including on-call, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment to ensure readiness.
• Support OR teams during procedures with equipment adjustments.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with surgeons, OR staff, and SPD to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain documentation and stay current on equipment and processes.
