Job summary

Stryker Group seeks an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams by ensuring equipment readiness, coordinating with OR staff and SPD, and maintaining high service reliability across locations.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, participate in ongoing training, and travel as needed to cover accounts within the region, including overnight shifts. A CRCST certification is preferred within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities required.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work rotating schedules including on-call, overnight and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposables for full readiness.
• Support OR teams during procedures with timely equipment adjustments.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain service reliability.
• Collaborate with surgeons, OR staff, SPD, biomedical teams, and other partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, usage, and metrics for compliance.
• Stay current with Stryker equipment and educate staff on product use.
