Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams with equipment readiness, service delivery, and seamless procedure execution. You will anticipate device needs, adjust equipment, and maintain strong relationships with OR staff and biomedical teams.

The role requires handling complex issues, documenting operations, and staying current with Stryker technologies. Expect field-based work with travel up to 10% and rotating shifts to cover multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or equivalent certifications.
• 0+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to work rotating schedules (on-call, overnight, weekend).
• Willingness to travel as needed (10%).
• Knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, and instrumentation.
• Certification: HSPA/CRCST within 6 months (Sterile Processing roles).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposables to ensure readiness before each procedure.
• Support OR teams during procedures with equipment needs and timely adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with surgeons, OR staff, central processing, and biomedical teams.
• Maintain documentation including equipment usage, metrics, and account updates.
• Stay current with Stryker equipment and educate staff on product use.
• Adhere to safety, privacy, and professional standards.
• Provide flexible coverage including on-call, overnight, and weekend shifts with travel as needed.
