Job summary

Stryker is seeking a field-based sales professional to promote and sell Endoscopy products within approved indications. You will educate clinicians, respond to inquiries, and manage product evaluations in OR and office settings while complying with applicable regulations and company policies.

The role requires 2–5 years of outside sales experience, a BA/BS degree, and the ability to travel up to 20% overnight. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in an outside sales position (medical related fields preferable).
• Must possess a BA/BS degree.
• Ability to communicate with groups and via phone/email.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Endoscopy products within approved indications.
• Educate doctors, nurses and staff on proper use and maintenance.
• Manage product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• Coordinate with regional manager on territory progress.
• Prepare and manage reports on product inventory and activity.
