Job summary

Stryker Denver is seeking an outside sales professional to promote and sell Stryker Endoscopy products within approved indications. The role includes field-based activities, travel up to 20% annually, and educating clinicians on product use and maintenance in OR and office settings.

You will ensure compliance with federal and local laws, HIPAA, and company policies, while reporting territory progress to the regional manager and providing product training as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in an outside sales position, preferably in medical-related fields.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Medium work: up to 50 lbs occasionally and up to 20 lbs frequently.
• Able to communicate with large groups and via phone/email.
• Up to 20% overnight travel annually.
• Must drive and negotiate price/terms with customers.
• Able to solve customer complaints and disseminate product knowledge.
• Analyze and prioritize market potential-based call patterns.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Endoscopy products within approved indications for use.
• Understand and comply with laws, regulations and rules including the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Educate doctors, nurses and staff on proper use and maintenance of products.
• Direct product evaluations in OR and office settings adhering to guidelines.
• May assist in trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
• Keep regional manager informed of territory progress regularly.
• Solve product problems for customers expeditiously.
• May assist in training and development of sales personnel.
• Manage, maintain and complete reports about product inventory.
• Operate software programs such as Microsoft Office and Oracle Sales Information System.
