Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Endoscopy Sales Representative in Philadelphia to promote and sell Endoscopy products, driving market share and clinical adoption. You will educate clinicians, build lasting relationships, and navigate complex OR environments to deliver value.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in outside sales (medical background preferred), a bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 20% annually for customer engagements and

• Bachelor level education or equivalent commercial sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Able to travel up to 20% annually.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Stryker Endoscopy products within approved indications for use.
• Educates and informs doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products.
• Directs product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• May assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings.
• Keeps regional manager informed of territory progress on a regular basis.
• Solves product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion.
• May assist in the training and development of sales personnel.
