Endoscopy Center of South Sacramento is seeking a Clinical Manager - Endoscopy to lead daily operations of the clinical areas, including OR and Pre-OP/Post-OP, while driving efficiency and quality of patient care.

The role reports to the Administrator and focuses on policy development, staff credentialing, safety, and performance. Salary ranges from $124,880 to $146,600 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Clinical leadership experience in endoscopy or OR.
• Experience with staff credentialing and safety.
• Ability to improve patient experience and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of clinical areas including OR and Pre-OP/Post-OP.
• Collaborate with Administrator to promote fiscal accountability and policy development.
• Oversee staff credentialing, safety measures, risk management and performance evaluation.
