Job summary

Endoscopy Center of South Sacramento is seeking a Clinical Manager - Endoscopy to run day-to-day operations across clinical areas, including OR and Pre-OP/Post-Op, while driving efficiency and patient experience. You will report to the Administrator and work with leadership to uphold policies and fiscal accountability.

The role oversees credentialing, safety, risk management, and uses clinical leadership to improve outcomes and patient care.

Qualifications

• Leadership and healthcare operations management experience preferred.
• Strong collaboration with administrators and clinical staff.
• Ability to improve patient experience and clinical outcomes.
