Job summary

Endoscopy Center of South Sacramento is seeking a Clinical Manager - Endoscopy to supervise day-to-day operations across clinical areas, including the OR and Pre-OP/Post-OP, and to lead process improvements for efficiency and patient experience.

The Clinical Manager will report to the Administrator, collaborate on fiscal accountability, policy development, and staff performance evaluation, and oversee credentialing and risk management to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing clinical operations in ambulatory surgery or endoscopy settings.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Ability to develop and revise policies and improve patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of clinical areas including OR and Pre-OP/Post-OP.
• Collaborate with Administrator to promote fiscal accountability and policy updates.
• Oversee staff credentialing, safety measures, and risk management.
