Job summary

The Clinical Manager-Endoscopy at Endoscopy Center of South Sacramento oversees day-to-day operations of the clinical areas, including the OR, Pre-OP and Post-OP, and partners with the Administrator to improve efficiency and patient experience.

The role requires a CA Registered Nurse license, 2+ years of supervisory experience in surgery/endoscopy or critical care, strong communication, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certification (PALS within 3 months).

Qualifications

• Graduate of a professional school of Nursing and CA RN license.
• 2+ years clinical supervisory experience in surgery, endoscopy or critical care.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS (PALS within 3 months).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of clinical areas (OR, Pre-OP, Post-OP).
• Collaborate with Administrator to promote fiscal accountability, policy development and staff evaluation.
• Oversee staff credentialing, safety, risk management and improve patient care outcomes.
