Endoscopy Center of South Sacramento is seeking a Clinical Manager - Endoscopy to lead day-to-day operations in the clinical areas including OR and Pre-OP/Post-OP. You will report to the Administrator and drive policies, staff performance and safety initiatives to enhance patient care.

The role focuses on fiscal accountability, credentialing oversight, and process improvements to improve efficiency and outcomes in an Ambulatory Surgery Center setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of clinical areas including OR and Pre-OP/Post-OP
• Collaborate with Administrator to promote fiscal accountability and policy development
• Oversee staff credentialing, safety measures, risk management and quality initiatives
• Utilize clinical and leadership experience to enhance patient care and outcomes
