Job summary

Endoscopy Center of South Sacramento is seeking a Clinical Manager - Endoscopy to lead day-to-day operations of the clinical areas, including OR and Pre-OP/Post-OP, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency and patient experience.

The Clinical Manager-Endoscopy will work with the Administrator to maintain fiscal accountability, update policies, and evaluate staff performance while overseeing credentialing, safety, and risk management to promote high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Oversee day-to-day operations of clinical areas (OR, Pre-OP, Post-OP) and drive improvements to efficiency and patient experience.
• Collaborate with the Administrator to promote fiscal accountability, develop and revise policies, and evaluate staff performance.
• Oversee staff credentialing, preventive safety measures, risk management duties, and enhance patient care outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the OR and Pre-OP/Post-OP areas.
• Collaborate with the Administrator to revise policies and manage staffing and fiscal accountability.
• Lead credentialing, safety, risk management, and clinical outcome initiatives.
