Land of Lakes Endodontics is seeking an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional patient experience. You will drive operational excellence, oversee budgets and financial reporting, and collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives.

The role requires a strong leader with dental practice management experience, proficiency in relevant software, and knowledge of OSHA/HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience managing a dental practice.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience supervising a large team.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA and HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the practice and lead a high-performing team.
• Manage budgets, revenue cycle, and financial reporting.
• Develop annual budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive growth and performance initiatives.
• Conduct monthly practice review meetings with doctors and staff.
