Job summary

East Coast Endodontics is seeking a motivated Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our growing endodontic practice. You will support the doctors, develop the team, strengthen referral relationships, and ensure every patient feels cared for from the first phone call through follow‑up.

The right candidate is energetic, organized, solutions‑driven, and comfortable balancing compassionate patient care with the business needs of a fast‑paced specialty office.

Qualifications

• Previous dental practice management or dental leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Endodontic experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of dental office operations, scheduling, insurance, collections, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and motivate the practice team.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure the office runs efficiently and on schedule.
• Manage patient experience from initial contact through treatment and follow‑up.
• Partner with doctors and clinical team to maintain productive schedules and patient flow.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Monitor production, collections, scheduling, and staffing KPIs.
• Support insurance verification, billing, and accounts receivable.
