Heartland Endodontics in Sebring, FL is seeking an experienced Dental Patient Care Coordinator to join our front desk team. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, handle inquiries about services, insurance, and billing, and enter patient data into our practice management system.

You will verify insurance, review treatment plans and costs with patients, collect co-insurance, coordinate records with referring practices, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure seamless care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dental Patient Care Coordinator or similar experience.
• Proficiency with dental practice management software.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus and helpful for patient communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments.
• Handle questions about services, insurance, and billing.
• Verify and process patients’ dental insurance.
• Review treatment plans and out-of-pocket costs with patients.
• Collect patients’ co-insurance at time of service and after service when necessary.
• Enter patient information accurately into the practice management system.
• Coordinate appointments and dental record transfers with referring practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting area.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and doctors to ensure seamless patient care.
