• Strong organizational and communication skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer phone calls, schedule consultations and treatments, and manage the calendar.
• Coordinate with referring dentists and specialists for continuity of care.
• Verify PPO insurance eligibility and benefits for procedures.
• Present treatment plans, costs, and payment options clearly.
• Collect and post patient payments accurately.
• Update patient records in PBS Endo software.
• Use Weave for patient communications and reminders.
• Support clinical team and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front office environment.
