You will effectively communicate financial options and help patients understand costs, ensuring a smooth transition from the first visit to completion of treatment. The role requires 1–2 years of medical front office experience and comfort with dental software; bilingual candidates are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; QSI/Denticon experience is a plus.
• Bilingual a plus; ability to present treatment plans and costs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients from first appointment through treatment acceptance.
• Clearly communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.
