Job summary

Colorado Endodontic Group seeks an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. Schedule is Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5pm with one day off per week and Fridays 8am-12pm, no weekends.

Compensation ranges from $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, DOE, plus benefits. Responsibilities include welcoming patients, answering calls, scheduling, verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and assisting with financing options.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of dental front office experience is required.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!).

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming and positive patient experience.
• Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients.
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts.
• Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service.
• Keep hygienist and dentist schedules booked efficiently.

Colorado Endodontic Group is an established endodontic practice seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time!

Full-Time - Monday- Friday - NO WEEKENDS

Hourly Rate: DOE $22-26/hr. plus benefits

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5pm
  • Customizable schedule, choose one day to have off each week
• Fridays 8am-12pm, full days to be determined

Compensation:$20-$25/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance
