Responsibilities

• Manages referrals into and out of the clinic, including prior authorizations and medical records.
• Calls patients, schedules appointments, verifies insurance and demographics.
• Communicates clearly with all levels to support efficient operations.
• Adapts to changing healthcare requirements to improve efficiency.
