Amgen is seeking an Area Sales Director - Endocrinology to lead the SAM team and drive market penetration across geography. You will analyze market dynamics, set strategic action plans, and ensure execution to meet sales targets. Collaborate with cross-functional partners and manage resources, training, and compliance.

The role requires building relationships, coaching teams, and delivering high-impact product messaging while traveling up to 80% and aligning with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2+ years in Sales/Marketing, or Master’s with 6+ years, or Bachelor’s with 8+ years and 2+ years of managerial experience.
• Experience in biologics, infusion, and/or rare/specialty products is preferred.
• 2+ years of managerial experience directly leading people, teams, or programs.
