Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
• Master’s degree and 6 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
• Associate’s degree and 10 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
• High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
• 2 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams.

Responsabilités

• Be the liaison to customers with clinical knowledge of Amgen products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with district and cross-functional teams to meet sales targets.
• Screen, interview, and hire candidates for district roles.
• Develop local Opinion Leader relationships to achieve objectives.
• Conduct district sales meetings and drive program implementation.
