Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC seeks an Endocrinologist for a full-time, outpatient-focused position in the Northwest Indiana/Greater Chicagoland area. You will join a physician-led team with a busy clinical subspecialty practice and modern hospital infrastructure.

The role emphasizes collaboration, a supportive environment, AI-enabled EPIC EHR, and ample time off plus competitive benefits. Fellowship-trained candidates with Indiana licensure readiness are preferred.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
• Fellowship-trained in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
• Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license (or eligible for licensure within 90–120 days).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and management for adult endocrine disorders.
• Perform thyroid ultrasound and fine-needle aspirations (FNA) as indicated.
• Collaborate with primary care, surgeons, bariatric specialists, and diabetes educators.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-assisted documentation enhancements.
• Participate in multidisciplinary conferences and quality improvement initiatives.
• Build long-term provider-patient relationships through individualized care planning.
