Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist for a full-time, outpatient-focused role in Northwest Indiana located near Greater Chicagoland. The candidate will join a physician-led group with modern hospital infrastructure and an emphasis on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• MD or DO graduate from an accredited US medical school or international equivalent.
• Fellowship-trained in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism; Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Active Indiana medical license or eligible within 90–120 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and ongoing management for adult endocrine disorders.
• Perform thyroid ultrasound and fine-needle aspirations as clinically indicated.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary network of providers in a patient-centered care model.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and quality improvement initiatives.
• Foster strong provider-patient relationships through individualized care planning.
