SteveRecruiter, LLC is assisting a Northeast Indiana healthcare system in recruiting an experienced Endocrinologist for outpatient care in the Greater Chicagoland area. The position combines a busy clinical subspecialty practice with advanced hospital infrastructure and AI-enabled EPIC EHR tools.

Candidates should be fellowship-trained in Endocrinology, board-certified or eligible, and hold an Indiana license or be eligible for licensure within a short timeframe.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO from an accredited US medical school or international equivalent.
• Fellowship-trained in Endocrinology; Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Active and unrestricted Indiana medical license (or eligibility within 90–120 days).

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and ongoing management for adult endocrine disorders.
• Perform thyroid ultrasound and fine-needle aspirations (FNA) as indicated.
• Collaborate with primary care, surgeons, bariatric specialists, and diabetes educators.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and quality improvement initiatives.
• Foster long-term provider-patient relationships through individualized care planning.
