Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
• Active Indiana medical license or eligible for licensure within 90–120 days.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and management of adult endocrine disorders (diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal disorders, osteoporosis, metabolic health).
• Perform thyroid ultrasound and FNA as clinically indicated.
• Collaborate with primary care, surgeons, bariatric specialists, and diabetes educators.
