Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Endocrinologist in the Greater Chicagoland area (NW Indiana). The role focuses on outpatient endocrine care with a collaborative team, state-of-the-art EPIC EHR, and AI-supported documentation.

Qualifications

• Endocrinology fellowship; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
• Active Indiana medical license or eligible for licensure within 90–120 days.
• Strong interest in complex endocrinology with compassionate patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and management of adult endocrine disorders (diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, osteoporosis, metabolic health).
• Perform thyroid ultrasound and FNA when indicated.
• Collaborate with PCPs, surgeons, bariatric specialists, and diabetes educators.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and quality improvement initiatives.
