Client Growth Resources, Inc. in the Northwest Indiana/Greater Chicagoland area is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join a physician-led group practice. The role focuses on outpatient endocrine care with a mix of diabetes, thyroid, and metabolic health management.

This full-time position offers a busy clinical subspecialty practice, EPIC EHR with AI enhancements, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support work-life balance and professional growth.

Qualifications

• US medical school graduate with endocrinology fellowship.
• Board certified or board eligible in Endocrinology.
• Active Indiana medical license or eligible within 90–120 days.
• Strong patient-centered approach to complex endocrinology care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and ongoing management for adult endocrine disorders.
• Perform thyroid ultrasound and fine-needle aspirations (FNA).
• Collaborate with primary care providers, surgeons, bariatric specialists, and diabetes educators.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and quality improvement initiatives.
• Foster strong provider–patient relationships through individualized care planning.
