Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Learning Production & Delivery professional in Michigan to design and deliver engaging training across departments. You will create eLearning, videos, and live sessions, tailoring content to workflows and roles while keeping learning libraries current.

Responsibilities include coordinating with SMEs, translating system changes into training updates, and supporting end users with quick guides and scenario-based resources. This full-time role is on-site in Livonia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Instructional Design, Learning & Development or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in training delivery, instructional design, or end-user support.
• Workday training and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce learning solutions: eLearning modules, videos, virtual instructor-led training, slide decks.
• Customize department-specific training to workflows, roles, and processes.
• Coordinate content creation with subject matter experts and maintain learning libraries.
• Align training with system changes and collaborate with IT/system administrators.
• Facilitate or support live sessions and develop quick guides and scenario-based assets.
