Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Nursing Education Coordinator to lead staff competency in Relationship-Based Care, applying adult learning principles in a safe, collaborative environment at our Ann Arbor campus.

This full-time, on-site role supports Nursing Orientation and Professional Development across Ann Arbor, Livingston and Chelsea, with a 36-hour work week and day shift. The ideal candidate holds a BSN, Michigan RN license, and at least three years of clinical or leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Nursing License.
• BSN degree required.
• Minimum of three years clinical nursing or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Employee Education & Development to assess, plan, develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate learning for staff, volunteers, students, and instructors.
• Create an environment that facilitates participant learning and achievement of learning outcomes.
• Support learner development and socialization, guiding values and behaviors.
• Use diverse assessment strategies (including simulation) to evaluate learning.
• Design courses and programs reflecting contemporary health care trends and evaluate outcomes.
• Serve as a change agent and leader to promote growth and improvements.
