Job summary

Unitek Learning’s Trinity Hospital Partner Site in Ann Arbor, MI, seeks a Site & Simulation Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and provide hands-on support for simulation and skills-based learning. You will partner with faculty to ensure prepared environments and smooth delivery, including OSCEs and assessments.

Responsibilities include coordinating labs, managing equipment, and planning events, with a focus on student-centric experiential learning.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or transferable experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (healthcare, education, operations, or related field).
• 2–4 years of experience in site operations, laboratory support, simulation environments, or educational program coordination.
• Experience supporting hands-on or skills-based learning preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, student-centered academic environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site operational lead for School-in-a-Box instructional delivery and coordinate daily site activities.
• Prepare simulation labs, classrooms, and mobile learning environments for scheduled activities.
• Assist faculty with simulation setup, equipment, and scenario materials and manage transitions.
• Maintain inventory of simulation equipment and ensure audiovisual and computer systems are operational.
• Support onboarding, orientations, graduations, and campus events with logistics and setup.
• Assist with proctoring, assessments, OSCEs, and competency evaluations.
