Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company is seeking an End User Training Lead to oversee the training portfolio for mission‑critical systems. You will align learning objectives with business goals and lead blended learning solutions, including instructor‑led, virtual, and self‑paced formats.

You will mentor a team of trainers, coordinate complex schedules and travel, and drive change management activities that accompany new applications in a federal IT environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in training and development, including 4–6 years as a trainer on technical projects.
• 0–2+ years in a management or team‑lead capacity.
• Experience designing, executing, and evaluating training programs for technical applications.
• Clear ability to mentor trainers, set expectations, observe delivery, and coach for quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to convey complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Govern the overall training strategy for mission‑critical systems and needs assessment.
• Design and oversee blended training programs to drive adoption for diverse user groups.
• Manage and mentor a team of trainers and conduct train‑the‑trainer activities.
• Oversee creation of training materials including lesson plans, curricula, SOPs, guides.
• Implement evaluation methods, analyze results, and improve content and delivery.
• Coordinate with leaders, analysts, owners, and SMEs to plan deployments and conferences.
• Oversee travel planning and training logistics, budgets, and expense reports.
• Define expectations for trainers to ensure consistent quality and policy compliance.
